aad4fbd5b6 Add option to set all received items to zero 
When an order could not be delivered, this option makes it easy to
set all amounts to zero with only one click.

e61c3c9267 order articles by number then name in fax+receive 
This makes it easier to enter the receive screen from an order pdf print
with received amounts.
