Move GroupOrderInvoice functionality to plugin

Funktionalität ist größtenteils in ein Plugin geflossen Deface hat immer wieder Probleme mit inline javascript oder :plain html , etc. weil es von haml zu erb konvertiert und dabei manche Code…
