Description

As an admin, I want to have a clear, well organized admin view on settings and users.

Think about initial configuration, custom fields, language etc.
Also only admins will access the user overview, so we can think of this view here, too.

are there already standard admin settings provided by ash?

Concept of admin settings exists
An implementation plan is made and reflected in further issues for this milestone

Maybe you can give some feedback and if we find a common understanding I would transfer the "Implementierungskonzept" part to issues. Mitgliedsdaten and Berechtigungen is actually quite dependant on the issues Simon will create based on your work on roles & permissions and custom fields.
