Description

Add a language switch to the login-screen

Acceptance criteria

  • The Log-In screen provides a language switch dropdown(maybe the one in the navbar)

External or internal Dependencies

Might be that we cannot do that with the default overrides and than take the approach to have a complete custom loginscreen.
