Currently the or in the login screen is always hardcoded to German. Refer to that PR: #138 (comment)
The horizontal rule component is overridden in auth-overrides and originally from AshAuthentication

Acceptance Criteria

  • "or" in the horizontal rule is translated dependant on the locale from the user
