Description

As an admin, when creating or editing users/members, I want to create a to-be-linked user/member on the fly to then link it with the user/member I'm currently creating or editing.

So if choosing "create new user/member" - I want to see a sort of overlay, where I can create this entity and fill in all the details and upon clicking "save", the entitity is created and the id passed back to the original form to then be linked.

Acceptance criteria

When editing an user, I can either link an existing member (#168) or create a new one via an overlay component
When editing a member, the same goes the other way around
When creating an user or a member, I get the same options of linking existing members/users or creating new ones via overlay dialog components
