In the member overview: Select all checkbox gets selected when there are no results and stays selected

Expected Behavior

If there are no results during search teh select all checkbox should just remain as it is.

Current Behavior

In the member overview: Select all checkbox gets selected when there are no results and stays selected

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In the member overview, type a search term where there are no resukts
  2. remove the search term again
