[BUG]: Empty Custom Fields without value are not shown in the members details at first time #282

Expected Behavior

I click on the member details page and see all custom fields, even if they have no values, (same as for member fields)

Current Behavior

You do not see the Custom Fiels area on the right for the first time when there are no values fo a member

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add the first custom field
  2. Click on a member
  3. You do not see the Custom Fiels area on the right
  4. Click on edit and then save
  5. It appears now
