As user I also want to add members who are organisations

Acceptance criteria

We have a decision what to keep as member fields
Alternative 1: Only name (not required)
Alternative 2: firstname and last name + boolean "is organisation"
Alternative 3: first name and last name + info that organisation can be added as custom field
