Description

Display groups in the member detail view with links to group detail pages.

Estimated effort: 1-2h

Acceptance criteria

  • "Groups" section added to member show page
  • Group badges displayed for all groups member belongs to
  • Links to group detail pages work correctly
  • Groups visible in member detail view
  • Empty state shown when member has no groups
