Expected Behavior

Enter a club name, hit save - name in page title changes

Current Behavior

Nothing happens, when reloading settings page default "club name" remains

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

Instance was http://members.arfrade.cloud
fresh deployment of v1.3.0.
No Association Name set in .env

workaround is to set name via .env
