Summary

Add a reporting feature that simplifies submitting membership data to federations and umbrella organizations by highlighting changes since the previous report.

Background

Many organizations are required to periodically submit their membership lists to external federations or organizations. Today this process is largely manual:
Export the current member list as a PDF.
Compare it with the previously submitted report.
Manually mark additions, removals, and changed member data.
Submit the annotated document.

This workflow is time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to reproduce.

Proposal

Introduce a reporting feature that compares the current member data with the last generated/submitted report and provides change tracking.

Acceptance criteria

Generate the current membership list as PDF or ODS.
Highlight all changes since the previous report directly in the exported list (e.g. using colors or other visual markers). Alternatively (or additionally), generate a separate list containing only members with changes.
Generate a separate list of members who have left the organization or are marked as deceased since the previous report.
